Cashless payment of your meals at the food stores
Define the problem
Together with the design lead, we explored the existing app. We went down to the Foodfare hawker center to understand the interaction between the customers and stall owners and identify their pain points.
Project objective
Intuitively easy to top up and pay your food
Order online and collect food to save time and skip queue
Ideation Development
With these focus in mind, we explored different flows and solutions, with reference of similar apps such as DBS FasTrack, Koufu, WhyQ, Foodpanda and Deliveroo.
Communicate to stakeholders
Taking their concerns into consideration, I have shared how the new flow can help in addressing their issues and bringing them through the customer journey in the app.
