Business intelligent platform for Plus! partners
Problem:
Time-consuming and complexity in engaging merchants with our loyalty program
Project Objective:
Merchants are able to control their own loyalty program
Reducing human error to improve the efficiency of the business
Identify user flows
Working with the product manager and design intern to review the past engagement journey and identify areas where the flow can be improved.
Design iteration
Based on the user testing done on the previous design, the content of the report is not sufficient and it is not intuitive for the merchant to understand.
To get a better understanding of the report, I work with the product owner to analysed what are the key content that the merchant is looking for. I organised and re-tested it so that the merchant is able to understand the information intuitively.
